About us

Kia ora, we are Tamihana and Jaimee, husband and wife, mum and dad and creators of The Dreaming Robin. Both of us are proud Māori and reside in Bridge Pa, a small town in Kahungunu.Our business name comes from our last name "Robin" and how both of us are dream chasers and believe that you are able to achieve anything you put your mind too. Te tātāwai ki tua, meaning the Robin can see "beyond' or in this case "dream" or dream big is the essence of what we are trying to say. Our logo was inspired by the yin yang and how we as a couple, balance life with our pakihi and everyday whanau life. All of our work is designed by Tamihana and I (Jaimee) am the maker and the bossy wife who makes sure things are getting done. We appreciate your support and are excited to have you come with us on our journey as we grow our pakihi (business) and also learn more about our culture along the way. Nga mihi, The Robins
